Meet Valerie Moore-DeFerrari

Serving as a Transaction Coordinator for the past 16 years, Valerie DeFerrari is responsible for interacting with agents and cooperating brokers and personnel to collect and configure all necessary documentation needed to successfully close the transaction file. Once Valerie receives a ratified purchase contract, she provides a preliminary audit of the file, for the managing broker to review. Valerie maintains the file to ensure all mandatory disclosures are completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for the client’s review and approval. She orders NHD reports, home warranties, coordinates with escrow, gathers and requests signatures and efficiently assists as necessary to ensure a complete file.
